The Frame
The most important fundamental element of our hail protection system is the column framework, which is tensioned with wire ropes on ground anchors and is statically secured.
We believe in safety. We perform load tests under actual conditions. In the process, installed measurement systems continuously aid in optimising the designs.
As a result, currently there are wood, concrete and steel columns of various types and dimensions being used. By combining materials, we can tailor your system to your requirements and needs.
We would be happy to consult with you and come up with an optimum solution with you.
The Frame
Wood columns
- Pine (local or Scandinavian origin)
- pressure-impregnated with CCB salt
- environmentally friendly oil-impregnated base
- stripped, non-sprayed
- dual impregnation with co-biocides against rot
- Robinia (acacia wood)
- naturally resistant
- non-impregnated, environmentally friendly
Concrete columns
- internal tension wires provide good elasticity and stability
- long lifespan
- large selection of dimensions
Steel columns
- steel profile design
- useful life up to 30 years
- lightweight, easy to handle
- wire attachments already designed in the Profile
